. • <br /> • � Y <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� ��CROfl� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 5th day of August, 1976 , after notice <br /> as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of N & W Employees Credit <br /> Union to rezone premises described as : <br /> A part of the SW4, Sec. 30 , T 17 N, R 3 E of the <br /> 3rd P.M. , and more particularly described as follows : <br /> Beginning at a point on the North Right-of-Way line <br /> of Mound Road, 847. 25 feet East of and 109. 5 feet <br /> North of the Southwest corner said Section 30 ; thence <br /> Northerly 176. 50 feet; thence Easterly 16. 55 feet; <br /> thence Northerly 87. 27 feet to the South edge of <br /> Kathy Court; thence Easterly 114 . 07 feet; thence <br /> Northerly 57. 92 feet to a point on the East edge of <br /> Kathy Court; thence Easterly 134 . 85 feet to the <br /> centerline of Tiffany Terrace; thence Southerly 11. 8 <br /> feet, and Southeasterly 177. 00 feet along said <br /> centerline to the North Right-of-Way Line of Mound <br /> Road; thence Westerly along said Right-of-Way line <br /> to the point of beginning; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be denied. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on <br /> file and disapproved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to 0-1 <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 <br /> of the City of Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning <br /> Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations, restrictions <br /> and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises � <br /> above-described herein. <br />
