��`�� �� ��0��8�� .��� '� <br /> �� � � � � iQ058�2 <br /> Wiorrd A�'t�f.L','��.M' Md <br /> �a' QCT 1 - 1976 �i6a <br /> 1888 99 /��y�j�INANCE NO. <br /> �', R�oprded In Book__._.�Pa� ��t�11 V i ��i Yl <br /> `!r • �f <br /> ��� ��� AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE <br /> ����g Racorder of Deeds CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, the sworn petition of JOHN JOSSERAND AND OTHERS <br /> requesting that premises described as : <br /> Lot Nine (9) of Indian Springs Addition, as per Plat <br /> recorded at Book 300 page 190 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois ; also, <br /> Lots Six (6) , Nine (9) , Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) <br /> of Indian Springs Second Addition, as per Plat recorded <br /> at Book 300 page 236 of the Records aforesaid, and all <br /> parts of all public highways included therein, or next <br /> and adjacent thereto, if any, <br /> be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed by <br /> all of the owners of record of said premises and by all of the electors <br /> residing therein; and, <br /> WHEREAS , said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, ', <br /> Illinois , and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town, <br /> or other Municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of said <br /> territory has been given as provided by statute. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the said territory hereinabove described be, <br /> and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby, incorporated into <br /> the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3.
