4 • <br /> • <br /> V <br /> 2 <br /> amended, and upon the further condition that said recreational facility <br /> be constructed and maintained as shown in the Plat Plan for Baker Woods <br /> Swim Club, prepared by Homer L. Chastain and Associates, said Plot <br /> Plan being labeled Exhibit A and being hereto attached and hereby made <br /> a part hereof, and further that should said permittee fail to perform <br /> any or all of the aforesaid conditions , this permit shall terminate <br /> and be revoked. <br /> Section 4.
