MICROFlLMm <br />' ORDINANCE NO. � � T� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 5th day of August, 1976 , after notice as required <br /> by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of PAUL WAKS and CARL THACKER to rezone pre- <br /> mises described as : <br /> Lot Five (5) of Easley's Subdivision, part of Lot One (1) <br /> of the North Side Addition of Outlots to the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois , as per Plat recorded in Book 958 at <br /> Page 83 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois ; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are hereby, <br /> rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the <br /> provisions , regulations , restrictions and requirements therein set <br /> forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein , <br /> shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such I <br /> Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, <br /> amended and changed as herein set forth. ,3 � <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED & RECORDED this �3rd day of Rc�s-t, 1976. <br /> � �r / <br /> MAYOR � " <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ' � , ____-- . <br /> . � <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
