MiCROF��MED <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the 5th day of August, 1976 , after notice as required <br /> by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission Yield a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of MICHAEL KLEIN to rezone premises described <br /> as : <br /> Commencing 979 .4 feet North of the Southeast corner of the <br /> SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 18 ; thence South 148 .9 <br /> feet to the Northeast (NE) corner of Lot 17 of Lake Hill <br /> Manor, as per plat recorded in Book 1575, Page 124 of the <br /> Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> thence West 40.0 feet to the Southeast (SE) corner of Lot 13 <br /> as per plat recorded in Book 745 , Page 48 ; thence North 147. 5 <br /> feet along the East line of said Lot 13 ; thence East 40 . 0 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS , the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are hereby, <br /> rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the <br /> provisions , regulations, restrictions , and requirements therein set <br /> forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
