,M1CROfIIMED <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �I� <br /> AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THRU STREET <br /> LAKE SHORE DRIVE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Lake Shore Drive from the Route 36 <br /> underpass at Nelson Park to East William Street is hereby <br /> established as a thru street and yield right of way signs <br /> shall be installed at all streets entering said Lake Shore <br /> Drive from the Route 36 underpass at Nelson Park to Ea.st <br /> William Street. <br /> Section 2. That when signs are erected giving notice <br /> thereof, any person who shall violate any of the provisions <br /> hereof shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than One <br /> Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) <br /> for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
