<br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY
<br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of July, 1976 , after notice as reguired
<br /> by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public
<br />' hearing upon the petition of TED JARZEMBSKI , JR. , and AUDREY JARZEMBSKI,
<br /> and KEITH D. STOKES to rezone premises described as :
<br /> Commencing at a point 891 . 5 ' South of the North East
<br /> corner of the South East Quarter of Section 4 , Township
<br /> 16 North, Range Two East of the Third P.M. , thence West
<br /> 320 ' , thence South 57. 5 ' , thence East 320 ' , thence North
<br /> 57. 5 ' to place of beginning, except the portion conveyed
<br /> to State of Illinois in Book 1826, Page 143, and
<br /> Commencing at a point 834 ' South of the North East Corner
<br /> of the South East Quarter of Section 4 , Township 16 North,
<br /> Range Two East of the Third P.M. , thence, West 320 ' ,
<br />, thence South 57. 5 ' , thence East 320 ' , thence North 57. 5 '
<br /> to the place of beginning, except the portion conveyed to
<br /> State of Illinois in Book 1826, Page 145 of the Records
<br />, in the Recorder' s Office of Macon Count Illinois

<br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that
<br /> the prayer of said petition be granted.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan
<br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and
<br /> approved.
<br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby,
<br /> rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
<br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those
<br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur,
<br /> Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions,
<br /> regulations , restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply
<br /> to the premises above-described herein.
<br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein
<br /> shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance
<br /> No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and
<br /> changed as herein set forth.
<br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this � ��day of July, 1976.
