MICROFlLIVIED <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � / � � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS , on the lst day of July, 1976, after notice as required <br /> by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of WILBUR STUKINS to rezone premises described <br /> as : <br /> The West 40 feet of Lot 60 , except the South five feet <br /> t.hereof, and the East 40 feet of Lot 61, except the <br /> South five feet thereof, all in Homeland Addition, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 335, Page 388 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois , <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, <br /> rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the <br /> provisions , regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth <br /> shall apply to the premises above-described herein. <br /> Section 4 .
