That sub�ect to the limitations and conditions <br /> hereinafter set out , the parking and loading regulati�ns of the <br /> City be, and they are hereby, as to said premises varied by re- <br /> ducing the minimum number of motor vehicle parking spaces required <br /> to one for each two dwelling units constructed thereon. <br /> Section 4 . That the variance herein granted be, and the same <br /> is hereby, limited and conditioned to obtain and remain in force <br /> only so long as the use of said premises is restricted so that not <br /> less than three-fourths of the dwelling units therein are limited <br /> to housing for elderly families of low income as the same is de- <br /> fined in Ordinance No. 3512 , as amended, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance , and the handicapped, and said variance shall expire <br /> automatically if either such use is discontinued or another use <br /> is implemented on said premises . <br /> Section 5. That the Director of Community Development be , <br /> and he is hereby , authorized to approve a site development plan <br /> reflecting the variation hereby permitted and to issue permits <br /> based thereon, and further to enforce the limitations and condi- <br /> tions hereby ordained. <br /> Section 6. That otherwise all applicable rules , regulations , <br /> standards, codes and ordinances, including Ordinance No. 3512 , as <br /> amended, the same being the Zoning Ordinance shall be applied to <br /> said premises without variation. <br /> Section 7 .
