� ' � -2- <br /> low income as such use is defined in the ordinance before referred <br /> to herein. <br /> 5 . Th�.t said variation of said requirements shall be con- <br /> ditioned to expire automatically if either such use is discontinued <br /> or another use is implemented on said premises. <br /> 6 . That said corporation binds itself and its successors or <br /> assigns in possession of or title to said premises to cause the <br /> same to conform with the then current minimum parking and loading <br /> re�ulations of the City for such other use or obtain variance of <br /> such regulations before implementin� any use thereon other than <br /> such housing, either by limiting such use to the amount of parking <br /> then constructed and maintained on said site, or by furnishing <br /> the amount of parking required for said other use by said regula- <br /> tions all in conformance with the then current provisions of City <br /> ordinance . <br /> 7 . That this agreement , and any ordinance induced thereby, <br /> may be made a matter of record in the Recorder' s Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, as a restriction upon and in the title in and <br /> to said premises. <br /> 8. That this agreement is for the benefit of the general <br /> health, safety and welfare of the community to, among other things , <br /> enhance the quiet , peace and repose of the nei�hborhood of said <br /> premises and to lessen or prevent congestion of motor vehicle <br /> traffic upon its streets. <br />�` <br />
