MICROF�L�I�D <br /> ORDINANCE N0. v <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giv- <br /> ing notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle on Forrest Lane <br /> approaching Grove Road from the north, shall stop and yield <br /> the right of way to vehicles on Grove Road which have entered <br /> the intersection of said streets or which are approaching so <br /> closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said <br /> driver having so stopped and yielded the right of way may <br /> proceed at such time as a safe interval accurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> sha11 violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor <br /> more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3. That the provisions of all ordinances in <br /> conflict with the provisions of this ordinance which insofar <br /> as the same do conflict therewith be, and the same are hereby <br /> repealed. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED & RECORDED this 21st day of <br /> June, 1976. <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ITY CLERK <br /> PUBLISHED thiss��' day of _, 1976. <br /> 1 � <br /> � <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
