. <br /> , � <br /> .. . ti ►� �/�1N/�� <br /> �e � <br /> � ' ORDINANCE NO. � <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING R-6 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of June , 1976 , after notice as required <br /> by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of Vern E. Roby and Vernon K. Green for a <br /> permit to construct, maintain and operate an R-6 Residence Development <br /> Plan on premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois, legally described <br /> as follows : <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 27 , Township <br /> 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, in <br /> the City of Decatur, County of Macon and State of Illinois; <br /> thence Westerly 463 . 66 feet along the South line of said <br /> Section 27 said line also being the centerline of West Grove <br /> Road to a point, said point being the intersection of said <br /> centerline of West Grove Road and the East Right of Way line <br /> of Wildwood Drive; thence Northerly 673. 03 feet along said <br /> East Right of Way line Wildwood Drive to a point for a place <br /> of beginning; thence continuing Northerly along said East <br /> Right of Way line 101 .86 feet to the P. C. of a curve to the <br /> left; thence Northwesterly on said East Right of Way and along <br /> said curve to the left having a radius of 525. 00 feet on Arc <br /> distance of 269 .91 feet or a chord distance of 266. 95 feet <br /> to a point; thence Easterly 469 .72 feet to a point on the <br /> Southwesterly Right of Way line of the Illinois Central Rail- <br /> road; thence Southeasterly 88 .43 feet along said Southwesterly <br /> Right of Way line, Illinois Central Railroad to the intersection <br /> of said Right of Way line and the East line of the Southeast <br /> Quarter said Section 27 ; thence South 287 . 60 feet along said <br /> East line Southeast Quarter Section 27 ; thence Westerly 456. 48 <br /> feet to the place of beginning; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission has reported that the <br /> proposed residence development plan meets the conditions as set out <br /> in the Zoning Ordinance at Section XXI C. , and did recommend that said <br /> residence development plan be permitted and did file a report of its <br /> findings with the Council in support of said recommendations. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the findings , report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, the <br /> construction, maintenance and operation of an R-6 Residence Develop-• <br /> ment Plan on the above-described premises be, and the same is hereby, <br /> permitted and approved, and a permit for the same be, and the same <br /> is hereby, granted. <br />
