D� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May, 1976 , after notice as required by <br /> law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing <br /> upon the petition of CHARLES W. CHERCHES to rezone premises described <br /> as : <br /> Lots 6 through 10 of Block 3 of Peddecord and Burrows Sub- <br /> division as per Plat recorded in Book U, Page 423 of the <br /> �Zecords in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> from B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to R-6 Multiple Dwelling District; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer <br /> of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> be, and the same is hereby, recived, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, re- <br /> zoned from B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to R-6 Multiple Dwelling <br /> District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts <br /> set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions , regulations , <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises <br /> above-described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall <br /> be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. <br /> 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed <br /> as herein set forth. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED & RECORDED this �� day of June, 1976 . <br /> � <br /> MAYO <br /> ATTEST: <br /> � . <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
