Zion owns and operates a water <br /> storage and distribution system; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois, owns and operates a <br /> water works system; and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of an agrecment between <br /> the Village and rhe City dated February 2 , 1959 , tlle City has been <br /> furnishing trea-ted water to the Village; and, <br /> �aHE�AS , due to certain changes in the facts and circumst�nces <br />' with regard to the arrangement between the City and the Vill.age ar�d <br />� to each of them, both parties desire to enter znto a new agreement <br /> tc� secure a coiltinuing supply of �treated water from the system of� <br /> the City for the system of the Village. <br /> For and ir� consideration of the promises and coven�nts <br /> respectively �a be pe��formed .by the �arties hereto, it is agreed <br /> by and between �che Vi.11age af Mt.
