Section 2. That the form, terms and provisions of the <br /> proposed Bond Purchase Agreement be, and they hereby are, in all <br /> respects approved, and that the Mayor and Clerk of the Issuer be, <br /> and they hereby are, authorized, empowered and directed to execute and <br /> deliver the Bond Purchase Agreement in the name and on behalf of the <br /> Issuer, and thereupon to cause the Bond Purchase Agreement to be <br /> executed and delivered to the Purchaser; that the Bond Purchase <br /> Agreement is to be in substantially the form attached hereto <br /> and marked "Exhibit B1i and hereby approved, or with such changes <br /> therein as shall be approved bythe officials of the Issuer executing <br /> the same, their execution thereof to constitute conclusive evidence of <br /> their approval of any and all changes or revisions therein from the <br /> form of Bond Purchase Agreement attached hereto; and that from and <br /> after the execution and delivery of the Bond Purchase Agreement, the <br /> officials, agents and employees of the Issuer are hereby authorized, <br /> empowered and directed to do all such acts and things necessary to <br /> carry out and comply with the provisions of the Bond Purchase <br /> Agre�ment as executed. <br /> Section 3. That the form, terms, and provisions of the pro- <br /> posed Assignment, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "C" , be, and <br /> they hereby are, in, all respects approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk <br /> are authorized, em�ower�ed and directed to execute and deliver the <br /> Assignment . <br /> Section 4. That the Mayor or the Clerk of the Issuer be and is <br /> hereby authorized, empowered and d.irected to cause to be prepared a �ond <br /> issue of $1, 000, 000 aggregate principal amount to be designated "Indus- <br /> trial Revenue Bond, Series 1976 (Industrial Bio-Test Project) " (�he <br /> "Bond" ) , bearing interest prior to maturity at the rate of 6-1/2� per <br /> annum, maturing as to principal in installments as set out in the form <br /> of bond herein contained, payable to The Northern Trust Company, dated <br /> -4- <br />
