. * � <br /> . . <br /> � <br /> , ' �IIIC�EIFILMED <br /> , ORDINANCE NO. � f <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - FITZGERALD HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION - <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of April, 1976 , after notice as required <br /> by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of William A. Suter to amend the Residence <br /> Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 4974 and subsequently <br /> heretofore from time to time amended as to premises in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, described as follows : <br /> The North Half (N�) of the Northwest Quarter (NW�) of the <br /> Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 29 , Township 16 North, <br /> Range 3 East, except the East 500 feet thereof; and the <br /> North Half (NZ) of the Northeast Quarter (NEQ) of the <br /> Southeast Quarter (SEQ) of Section 30 , Township 16 North, <br /> Range 3 East, except beginning 237 feet East of the North- <br /> west Corner of the North Half (NZ) of the Northeast Quarter <br /> (NEQ) of the Southeast Quarter (SE;) of said Section 30; <br /> thence South 223 feet; thence East 208 feet; thence North <br /> 223 feet; thence West 208 feet to the place of beginning, <br /> all in Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , <br /> situated in the City of Decatur, County of Macon, and <br /> State of Illinois; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings <br /> and did recommend that the modification of said Residence Plan as <br /> requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur <br /> City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby received, placed on <br /> file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized to <br /> develop Lot Nineteen (19) of Fitzgerald Heights First Addition in the <br /> manner shown on the Site Plan for said Lot prepared by Marvin D. <br /> Miller and Associates and dated March 9 , 1976 , said Plan being hereto <br /> attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That except as modified by the provisions hereof, <br /> the heretofore ordained Residence Development Plan and the provisions <br /> of ordinance relating thereto as heretofore amended and modified <br /> remain in full force and effect and the same remains subject to all <br />
