� <br /> + <br /> �� ORDINANCE NO. �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY ��,�'��������� <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of April, 1976 , after notice as required <br /> by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of BOBBY O. LEWALLEN to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Beginning 523. 82 feet North and 89. 01 feet West of <br /> the Southeast Corner of the Southeast 4 of Section <br /> Twenty-one (21) Township Sixteen (16) North, Range <br /> Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M. ; thence North 355. 50 <br /> feet to the South right-of-way line of the public <br /> highway known as State Route No. 48; thence South- <br /> westerly along and upon the South right-of-way line <br /> of said public highway 132. 75 feet; thence South , <br /> 279. 78 feet; thence East 108 feet to the place of I <br /> beginning, and <br /> Beginning 5�3. 82 feet North of the Southeast corner <br /> of the Southeast � of the Southwest 4 of Section <br /> Twenty-one (21) Township Sixteen (16) North, Range <br /> Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M. ; thence North 418 . 18 <br /> feet to the South line of the public highway known <br /> as State Route No. 48; thence Southwesterly along and <br /> upon said South line of said Public Highway, 109 . 85 <br /> feet; thence South 355 . 50 feet; thence East 89 . 01 <br /> feet to the place of beginning, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to B-1 Neighborhood Shopping <br /> District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, <br /> rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residence District to B-1 Neighborhood <br /> Shopping District. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the <br /> provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set <br /> forth shall apply to the premises above-described herein. <br /> Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein <br /> shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such i <br />
