G { �--- `� � ^ <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 49 ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS : <br /> Section l. That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, amended at Chapter 49 <br /> thereof by adding Section 26 thereto said section to provide <br /> as follows : <br /> 26 . If during the license period there is <br /> any change pertaining to stockholders holding <br /> in the aggregate more than 5 per cent of the <br /> corporate shares, or pertaining to the officers <br /> or manager, of a licensee, such change shall be <br /> reported to the Local Liquor Control Commissioner <br /> by filing with the City Clerk appropriately <br /> completed forms furnished by said Clerk, accompanied <br /> by the proper required stockholders' or manager' s <br /> statements, within 10 days of such change. <br /> Section 2 .
