. �, , y, <br /> - � _• � OC`����✓ <br /> _ ���'R � <br /> " � ORDINANCE NO. �' �O <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 67 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the City Code of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, be, and it is hereby, amended at Chapter 67 thereof <br /> by changing the title of said chapter from MISDEMEANORS to <br /> OFFENSES. <br /> Section 2 . That said Code be, and the same is hereby, <br /> amended at Chapter 67 thereof, so that sections 24 through 29 , <br /> inclusive, of said Chapter shall provide as follows : <br /> 24 . It is unlawful to keep, operate or maintain <br /> directly or indirectly any bawdy house or place, or <br /> disorderly house or place, or house or place of ill- <br /> fame, or house or place of assignation where persons <br /> resort for the purpose of fornication, adultery, <br /> prostitution, lewdness, or sexual genital stimulation <br /> for monetary consideration or its equivalent. <br /> 25 . Any and every enterprise, whatever it may be <br /> called or named, wherein or whereat the genitalia, <br /> pubes, anus or breasts of a person are touched or <br /> manipulated for monetary consideration or its equivalent <br /> in a manner intended to arouse, appeal to or gratify <br /> the lust or passion or sexual desires of a person is <br /> designated a masturbatory massage establishment and is <br /> declared to be within the description and proscription <br /> set out in section 24 of this Chapter. <br /> 26 . Any and every house or place described in section <br /> 24 of this Chapter is hereby declared a nuisance. <br /> 27 . It is unlawful for any person to knowingly lease, <br /> let or permit any building or premises, owned or under <br /> the control of such persen to ;�e used in whole or in part <br /> as a house or place described in section 24 of this Chapter. <br />
