.� • .'`' , � <br /> MONDAY, DECEMBER 22, 1975 <br /> On Monday, December 22, 1975, the City Council of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois met in regular meeting at 7 :30 P. M. at their <br /> regular place of ineeting, being the Council Chambers at 355 East <br /> Wood Street, Decatur, Illinois. Mayor James H. Rupp presided; <br /> together with him being Councilmen Carol A. Brandt, Charles �a. <br /> Gallagher, Frank J. Grossman, Charles W. McCaulla and Elmer W. Walton. <br /> Councilman Thomas P. Daly was absent. Six members of the Council <br /> were present. <br /> * * * * * * * * * * <br /> 51451 Ordinance No. 7056 , amending Ordinance No. 5768 , providing for <br /> the issuance of revenue bond and establishing procedures , was pre- <br /> sented and read. <br /> Councilman McCaulla moved the ordinance do pass and be adopted; <br /> seconded by Councilman Brandt, and on call of the roll, Councilmen <br /> Brandt, Daly, Gallagher, Grossman, McCaulla, Walton and Mayor Rupp <br /> voted aye, motion carried. <br /> * * * * * * * * * * <br /> There being no further business , Councilman Gallagher moved the <br /> meeting be adjourned; seconded by Councilman Daly, and on call of <br /> the roll, Councilmen Brandt, Daly, Gallagher, Grossman, McCaulla, <br /> Walton and Mayor Rupp voted aye, motion carried. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.
