. ,. ; � <br /> - . <br /> . - � <br /> .- ' :. <br /> ORDINANCE N0. �'�� �� <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL , <br /> USE PERMIT MILLIKIN HOME- ' <br /> STEAD. <br /> Whereas, after notice as provided by law and ordinance, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission on the 4th day of December, 1975, <br /> held a public hearing on the petition of Junior Welfare Associa- <br /> tion and others for a special use permit to operate a privately <br /> operated community building in premises in .the City commonly de- <br /> sign��s the James Millikin Homestead and described as: <br /> Lots 'I�ao (2) and Three (3) in Block Two (2) in Adam- <br /> son and Prathers Addition to the City of Decatur, as per <br /> plat recorded in Book G page 523 of the Records in <br /> the Office of the Recorder of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> excep� a strip 44 feet in width off the north sides <br /> of said Lots extending west from the west line of <br /> Pine Street a distance of 560 feet; and, <br /> Whereas, said Plan Commission has reported to the Council its i <br /> findings, report and recommendations that said special use permit <br /> be granted. � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the findings, report and recommendations of <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, re- <br /> � ceived, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter set out, <br /> Junior Welfare Association be, and it is hereby granted a special <br /> use permit to operate a privately operated community building in <br /> and on the premises described as aforesaid. <br /> Section 3.
