GREC30RY, consented to 'by others so that the owners of all property abutting thereon, either request or consent to th� vacation by the City Counci3. of a portion of that certain alley in the City o�' Uecatur, Illinois, extendin g north and south in what is commonly kno«m as the 1200 bJ.ock of East Riversi.c'� Stree�, saa.d noxti.on of sai.d alley being more particularly described as: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 8 in Block 2 o�' C, E.
