� <br /> �,"'�'►'^�EL�:��D <br /> ORDINANCB NO. �L, 3� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING ON A PORTION <br /> OF NORTH MAIN STRS�ET <br /> Bfi IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That in accordance with and subject to the appli- <br /> cable provisions of Chapter 30 of the City Code, w�en appropriate <br /> parking meters are installed thereat, vehicle parking on the west <br /> side of North Main Street from a point 303 feet south of the south <br /> right-of-way line of Green Street, north a distance of 228 feet shall <br /> be pe rmitted and sha 11 be limited to a continuous maximum period of <br /> tw�o hours, and said portion of said North Main Street be, and t)ne <br /> same is hereby, designated as a twa-hour parking 2one. <br /> Section 2. That parking meters shall be installed in said zone <br /> which shall register not to exceed two hours from the insextion of the <br /> apprapriate coins at the rate of one-half hour for each nickel, one <br /> hour for each dime, and two hours for each quarter of coin of the <br /> United States of America. <br /> Section 3. That sa3d meter shall be used and �aid maximum time <br /> limit shall be observed between the hours of 8;00 A.M. and 6t00 P.M., <br /> 1�esday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday of each week and the haurs <br /> of 8:00 A.M. an d 9:00 P.M. on Monday and �iday of each week, except <br /> upon those holidays specified in Chapter 30 of the City Code. <br /> Section 4.
