' / �� `P � AN ORDINANCE RE7ANING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September, 1975, aftex notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of SOL TICK & CO., INC. to rezone premises described as: Lots Eighty-three (83), Eighty-four (84), Eighty-five (85) Eighty-six (86), Eighty-seven (87), Eighty-eight (88), Eighty-nine (89), Ninety (90) and Ninety-one (91) of Wabash Place Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 502 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, situated in the City of Decatur, County of Macon and State of Illinois from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESTDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIG�iT INDU5TRIAL DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS, the Decatuz City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINfiD BY THE OOUNCIL OF TEiE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOISt Section 1. That the recom�nendation of the Decatur C:ity Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That s�id described premises be, and they aYe hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGI� INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth.
