U�5 �`���- <br /> AN ORDINAIVCE RE7ANING PROPERTY <br /> WI�RE�AS, on the 4th day of September, 1975, after notice <br /> as required by law and ordinance, the Decatux City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of DAIRY SUILDINGS, INC. to <br /> rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2) of St. George Subdivision, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 300 page 259 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> (Except coal and other mineral rights); <br /> from R-3 SINC�.E FAMILY RESIDENGE to B-1 NEIGI-�ORHOnD SHOPPING <br /> DISTRICTs and, <br /> WHERE�AS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW� THEREFORE� BE TT ORDAINED BY TI-� COUNCIL OF THE CI TY <br /> OF DECATiJR� ILLINOISt <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, a nd the same is hereby, received, placed on file <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE to B-1 NEIC�ORHOOD <br /> SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and def ine d in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, I1linois, co�nonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements <br /> there in set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
