The privilege granted hereby is personal in <br /> nature to said Wbodford I�mes, Inc. and shall be exer- <br /> cised only by said corporation aithout alienation, as- <br /> signment or loan to any other person or entity without <br /> the approval of tY►is Council. <br /> b. The structnres and appurtenances as sho�m on the <br /> plot plan hereto attached and herebq aade a part he�eof <br /> will be furnished, implaced, constructed, maintained and <br /> operated as, and only as, �hown thereon, and in compliance <br /> with the applicable provisious of all rules, regulaticns, <br /> staadards, codes a�d ordinances of the City, and the rules, <br /> regulations, standards, codes and statutes of the State of <br /> Illinois. <br /> c. Not aore than ten residents and necessary care <br /> staff shall occupy the facility at a� given tiae. <br /> d. All required licenses shall be obtained and kept <br /> in foYce at all times the facility is in operation. <br /> e. The facility shall consist of those architectur- <br /> al components set out in the descriptive attachment sub- <br /> mitted w�th the petitio n. <br /> f. Those admitted to residence shall be ambulatory <br /> residents of Macon County, Illinois, of ages 6 through 18 <br /> years �rith moderate to profound mental retardation able to <br /> use edncational programs of the pablic schools or of Progress <br /> School aad to use e�ci.st3ng comanunity recreational psogra�s <br /> and whose parent or parents ar� and continue to be involved <br /> in their training and afford regular frequent hame visits. <br /> g. The facility shall be continually staffed with not <br /> less than one set of full time house parents; one full tine <br /> cook-housekeeper; and, four part tine student workers on duty <br /> during hours of greatest activity. Additionally, psqchologi- <br /> cal, social casework services of adequate quantity and quality <br /> �hall be provided by or thrcugh the appropriate dinision of <br /> Progress School. <br />
