� <br /> DECATUR CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br /> Municipal Center <br /> Decatur, Illinois <br /> REPORT ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO R-3 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> FOR THE CAMELOT SUBDIVISION: <br /> On Thursday, July 10, 1975, the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing at which a proposal to amend the subject <br /> Residence Development Plan was reviewed. The proposal specifi- <br /> cally affects Lot 67 of the Camelot First Addition. <br /> As presently approved, said Plan provides for the future <br /> subdivision of said lot into three separate lots. Furthermore, <br /> one of these lots is designated for development with one apart- <br /> ment building housing eight units while the remaining two lots <br /> are designated for two buildings each with each building housing <br /> eight units. <br /> The proposed amendment would provide for future subdivision <br /> of the subject lot into five separate lots. Each lot would be <br /> developed with an apartment building housing a maximum of eight <br /> units. One point of vehicular access is proposed from eacn of <br /> said five lots to Camelot Drive. The Plan presently provides <br /> for three access points to the same overall parcel. <br /> It is the general concensus of the Plan Commission that the <br /> proposed amendment is not substantially different from that <br /> which is presently approved.
