6 <br /> to the whole or any part of the project, (a) any other monoys de- <br /> rived by or accruing to the City from the said project, and (vi) <br /> any moneys arising out of the investment or reinvest�ent of said <br /> proceeds, rents, revenues or moneys. <br /> Section 5. Each of the bo�ls shall be executed on behalf of <br /> th�e City by its Mayor and attested by its City Clerk, shall have <br /> the corporate seal of the City impressed thereon and shall be authen- <br /> ticated by the endorsement of the Trustee under the Indenture. In- <br /> terest coupons attached to the bonds shall be executed with the fac- <br /> simile signatures of said Mayor and City Clerk, which facsimile sig- <br /> natures sha11 have the same force and effect as if said officers had <br /> marn�ally signed each of said coupons. <br /> The b�ds shall be ful].y r�egotiable but shall be registrable as <br /> to pYincipal, or as to both principal and interest in accordance <br /> with the provisions specifie d in the foxm of bond set out in the In- <br /> denture. <br /> Section 6. The bonds and the coupons to be attached thereto and <br /> the Trustee 's endorsement and the registration provisi m to appear on <br /> the reverse side of each bond shall be in s ubstantially the forms set <br /> forth in the Indenture, with necessary or appropriate variations, <br /> omissions, and insertions as permitted or required by the Indenture. <br />
