NICKEY request- <br /> ing that pre�ises described on Exhibit A, hsreto attached, and here- <br /> by made a part hereof, be annexed to the Ci.ty of Decatur, Illinois; , <br /> and, <br /> LV�iEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed ' <br /> by all of the owners of record of -premises in said abo�e described <br /> property and that there are no electors residing therein; and, I <br /> WI-�REAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, '� <br /> Illinais, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town <br /> or other Municipality; and, <br /> Wi�REAS, notice cf intention to take actian on anne xati on of <br /> said territory has been given as provided by statnte. <br /> NOW� THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR� ILLINOZS: <br /> Section 1.
