� <br /> ��� <br /> �,v <br /> rr����;: <br /> J <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �C�i 9 � �;it�� <br /> AN ORDINANGE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the S.th d ay of June, 1975, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of ST. JAMES CREDIT UNION <br /> to rezone premises described as: <br /> The LVest fifty-five (55) feet of Lot Six (6) in <br /> Block One (1) of William Martin's Addition of <br /> Out Lots, as per Plat recorded in Book U, page <br /> 748 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois. <br /> from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur Cit�► Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the praye r of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, TI�R�FORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY 1HE CO[JNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> P1an Commission be, and the sarne is hereby received, placed on file, <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are <br /> he reby, rezoned from R-b MULTIPLfi DWELLING DISTRICT to O-]. OFFICE <br /> DI STRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, I llinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordir�a nce, and <br /> all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein <br /> set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
