BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF. THE CITY OF DECANR� ILLINOIS: Section 1. That effective as of and retYoactive to May 1, 1975, and subject to existing applicable provisions of ordinance, the amounts set out in the schedule hereto attached and marlaed Exhibit 1 be, and the same are hereby, until the further order of the Council, established as the authorized wages and salaries for those positions set out in the schedule marked Exhibit 1 of Ordinance No. 5b98, passed August 7, 19�2, as said schedule has been fro� time to time subsequently amended. Section 2. That effective as of and retroactive to May 1, 1975, and subject to existing applicable provisions of ordinance, the amounts set out in the schedule hereto attached and marked fixhibit 2 be, and the same are hereby, until the furtheY ' order of the Council, established as the authorized wages and salaries for those positions set out in the schedule marlaed Exhibit 1 of Ordinance No. 5981, passed September 23, 1974. Section 3. That Ordinance No. 5698, passed August 7� 19'72, be, and the same is hereby, amended in Exhibit 1 thereof by adding to the "Other Than Hourly" in the Clerical & Related classification the position of Urban Renewal Clerk lypist II at grade or ranqe 11. Section 4. That those provisions of existing applicable ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be, and the same are hereby, to the extent of such conflict, modified and amended to conform and accord with the provisions hereof, otherurise to remain in full force and effect.
