WI�RSAS, there has bee� filed with the c�ity Clerk of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the sworn petition of CYIVTHIA CAROL BUFFIE AND BRUCE ROBIN BTJRFIE reque�ting the pxenises described as: Lot 45 af Prairie Dell Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 300, page 210 of the Records in tY�e Recorder 's Office of Mac� County,Illinois; Also, all parts of public highways lying next and adjacent thereto; be anne�ced to the Cit�► of Decatur, I1linois; and, �iEREAS, it is shown by affidavit that sai d pet ition is signed by all of the ov�mers of record of premises in said above described propeYty and that they are all of the electors residing therein; and, W1�REAS, said terxitory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town, or other Municipality; and, � WF�REAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of said territory has been given as provided by statute.
