A. DICKINSON and A. B. DAVIS <br /> to rezone a tract of land described as: <br /> AZ1 that portion of the SW'�4 of the Sti�T'�� of Section 21, <br /> Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , ly- <br /> ing South of the southerly right-of-way line of U, S, <br /> Route 36; <br /> from R-1 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CONIlKERCIAL DISTRI�T; <br /> an d, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commissian recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW� THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CZTY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommenaation of the Decatur City Plan Com- <br /> mission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and ap- <br /> p roved. <br /> Secicion 2. 2hat said describe�3 premises be, and they are hereby, <br /> rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 CO1�II�RCIAI. DIS- <br /> TRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those dis- <br /> tricts set forth and define d in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisians, <br /> regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth sha11 apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
