AI1 payments, reimbursements and expenses paid by City <br /> pursuant to this agreement sha11 be paid from the Motor Vehicle Park- <br /> ing S�rstem Fund anc] no other fund oP the City, and Operator agrees to <br /> look only to such fund for any compens�tion or payment due him under <br /> the terms of this agreement, all of the terms and conditions, covpnants <br /> and agreements ot' which are expressly made subject to and shal7. be go�ern- <br /> ed by the provisions of O�dinance No. 4686. <br />
