/� �Ai��`��L�,1�D � oRnZruwcE r�. �s -' AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY f o - , W!-iEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 1975, a ter n tice as re quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of MARY N, MALLEOS AND OTHERS to re2one premises described ass Lots 13 and 14 in Block Three (3) of Fairview Place, an Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149, page 614 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; from R-3 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELL- ING DISTRICT; and, WI-�EREAS, the Decatur City Pian Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW� THEREFOI�� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE O�UNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR� ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan � Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file, '� and approved. � Section 2. That said described premises be, and they a re here- by, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT. ', Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and define d in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the 2oning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in su ch Ordinance No. 3512 provided, and said districts be, and they are here- by, amended and changed as herein set forth.
