<br /> that this Notice is deposited in the United States Mail as service on the
<br /> Trustees of the Fire Protection District wherein the attached describ�d
<br /> territory is situate, the City Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, will
<br /> take action with regard to the annexation to the City of Decatur of said
<br /> premises along with all that part of any public highways within said described
<br /> premises or lying immediately next and adjacent thereto.
