�.... � / ,� � . ORDINANCE N0. Ul� 7 / �`�'�•��L��i�D AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS. WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Decatur, Illinois, the sworn petition of PERSHING MOBILE HOME SALES, INC. , a Corporation, requesting that premises described as: Lot Eight (8) of North Side Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per plat recorded in Book 335 page 182 in the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; also, Lots Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), and Sixteen (16) of North Side Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, Illinois, as per plat recorded in Book 335 page 182 in the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; also, all parts of public highways therein or lying next and adjacent thereto; be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, WHFREAS, it is shown by affidavit that said petition is signed by r all of the owners of record of premises in said above described property and that there are no electors therein; and, WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Decatur, Illinois, and is not a part of any City, Village, Incorporated Town or other Municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action on annexation of said territory has been given as provided by statute. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the said territory hereinabove described be, and the same is hereby, annexed to and is hereby, incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. Section 2. That a plat of said annexed premises is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3. That the City Clerk cause certified copies of this or- dinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and recorded by the Recorder of Deeds of Macon County, Illinois. AYES � NAYS �
