Off site prefabrication, installation and manufac- <br /> ture of structures, structural elements and combinations of elements, <br /> assemblies and sub-assemblies, mechanical systems and parts thereof <br /> may be used and the building official may ap�rove the same, as pro- <br /> vided by existing codes or ordinances, or as provided in this ordi- , <br /> nance. ', <br /> Section 5. If such construction, elements oY combinations of I� <br /> elements, assemblies or sub-assemblies, mechanical systems or parts <br /> thereof, and the manner in which, or the location whereat, the same <br /> are manufactured, furnished or incorporated, are such as to readily <br /> permit field inspection, the same shall be inspected as elsewhere <br /> provided by code or ordinance. <br /> Section 6. If such construction, elements or combination of <br /> elements, assemblies or sub-assemblies, mechanical systems or parts <br /> thereof, and the manner in which, or the location whereat, the same <br /> are manufactured, furnished oY incorporated, axe such that all of the <br /> required field inspections cannot reasonably be performed, the same <br /> may be approved by the building official as provided by the applicable <br /> provisions of the BOCA Code and this ordinance. <br />
