/ <br /> M�croF�«,�,�p, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. �/ 3 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BUS STOP <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFDECATUR, <br /> ILd.INOIS: <br /> Section 1. In accordance with Chapter 30, Section 30(b) <br /> of the City Code of Decatur, when signs axe erected giving notice <br /> thereof, the north side of Wood Street from the west line of South <br /> Union Street, west for a distance of 110 feet, is hereby designa- <br /> ted as a bus stop� between the hours of 8 A.M to 4 P.M. Monday through <br /> Friday. <br /> Section 2. All orc�inances or parts of ordinances in con- <br /> flict here with are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 3. It sha11 be unlawful �or any person to stop, <br /> stand or park a vehicle other than a bus in a Bus Stop area. <br /> Section 4. That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordira nce shall, upon convic- <br /> ti on, be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Two <br /> Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 5.
