i <br /> �� ,�, ;�i�;;;,=►tP�+CD <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �' <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZOWING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of December, 1974, after notice as , <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission ' <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of CURTIS BROWN to re- i <br /> zone premises described ast <br /> The East 66� feet of Lot 2 in Block 3 of Oglesby <br /> and 4�ites Addition as per Plat recoxded in Book <br /> 20, page 230 of the Records in the Recorder 's <br /> Office of Macon County, I1linois, except the <br /> South 60 feet thereof; <br /> from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIQ-IBORI�OD SHOPP- <br /> ING DISTRICT; and, <br /> WI�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW� THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO[JNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file, <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are here- <br /> by, rezoned from R-5 TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NETGHBOR- <br /> HOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in �rdinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all <br /> the provisions, regulations, restrict ions and requirements therein <br /> set forth shall apply to the premises above described he rein. <br /> Section 4.
