/ ORDINANCfi NO. �� ' AN ORDINANCE Rfi20NING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 7th day of November, 1974, after notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of TI-� MILLIKIN NATIONAL BANK OF DECATUR, TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NLJNBER 2189 and CARL THACKER to rezone premises described ass Lots 11 and 12 of North Side Addition of Out- lots to Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, page 182 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; from R-1 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT• and , � I an Commission recommended that WHfiREAS, the Decatur City P1 ' the prayer of said petition be grante d. NOW� THEREFORE� Bfi IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file, and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are here- by, rezoned from R-1 SINQ,E FAMILY RBSIDEN� DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DI STRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirement� therein set forth shall apply to the premises above descYibed herein. Section 4. That the zonin g of said pre�ises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said districts be, and they are heY e- by, amended and changed as herein set forth.
