AN ORDINANCE RE7ANING PROPERTY WI-�REAS, on the 5th day of September, 1974, after notice as re - quired by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of HAROLD J. ROBERTSON to rezone pre- m ises described as: The South 8z feet of Lot 2 and all of Lots 3 thYough 8 of Assessor's Subdivision of Lot 1 of Southeast 4 of Northeast 4 of Section 10, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. ; and Lots 1, 2 and 3 of B. Dill 's Subdiv ision as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 47 0�' the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and Lot 1 of Assessor's Slzbdi- vision in the Southeast corr�e r of the Northeast � of Section 10, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M, , as per Plat recorded in Book 149 page 143 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; from R-6 MULTIPLE DWEILING DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, Wf-�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW� THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUIVCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOTS: Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3 512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly lcnown as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises aboVe described herein.
