� � • / �Jc��`�� ��v� ` ORDINANCE NO. �� " ��j, . �� AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY WHEREAS, on the 5th day of September, 1974, after notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of CHARLES CHERCHES, the Director of Community Develop�nt, to rezone premises described as: Lots One through Six inclusive (1-6) of Herman Karloski Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Book 683 page 99 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon Caunty, Illinois; from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FA M ILY I RESIDENCE DISTRICT; and, WI�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATL� ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are heac�e- by, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. Section 3. lhat the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and require�nts therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District 2oning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided, and said districts be, and they are here- by, amended and changed as herein set forth.
