ROBERTSON <br /> to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots 148, 149, 150, 151 and 152 of Dodson's Second <br /> Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, page 218 <br /> of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois; <br /> from R-3 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> Wf-IEREAS, the Decatur City i'J.an Commission recommended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be denied. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, II.S.INOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> disapproved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they a re here- ' <br /> be, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those <br /> districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning OYdinance, and all <br /> the provisions, regulations, restrictions, and requirements therein <br /> set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
