AN ORDINANCE RE7JONING PROPERTY WI�REAS, on the 5th day of September, 1974, after notice as required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of HAROLD J. ROBERTSON to rezone premises described as: Lots 148, 149, 150, 151 and 152 of Dodson's Second Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, page 218 of the Records in the Recorder 's Office of Macon County, Illinois; from R-3 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, Wf-IEREAS, the Decatur City i'J.an Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be denied. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, II.S.INOIS; Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and disapproved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they a re here- ' be, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning OYdinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions, and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4. That the zoning of said premi.ses as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided, and said districts be, and they are here- by, amended and changed as herein set forth.
