'l�YI <br /> S <br /> ✓ <br /> � �� <br /> �����J ORDINANCE NO. � �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the 5th day of September, 1974, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commiss ion <br /> held a public hearing upon the petition of THE CITIZENS NATIONAL <br /> BANK OF DECATUR� TRUSTEE OF LAND TRUST NO. 1182, to rezone pre- <br /> mises described as: <br /> Commencing at a point 463.21 feet West and 705 feet North <br /> of th e Southeast corner of Section 27, Township 16 North, <br /> Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. ; the nce East 455.'76 feet to <br /> the East line of Section 27; thence North along the East <br /> line of Section 27 to the intersect i�n with the West line <br /> of the Illinois Central Railroad right-of-way; thence <br /> Northwesterly along the I1linois Central Railroad right-of- <br /> way, 89.04 feet (to the South line of Wildwood Golf Course) ; <br /> thence West 469.72 feet; thence Southeasterly alpng a curve <br /> having a radius of 525 feet (bein g the East boundary line of <br /> proposed tiVildwaod Drive) to the point of beginning; <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> 4�IEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the <br /> prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECAT[JR, IId.INOIS: <br /> Section 1.
