/ <br /> ,��� ORDINANCE NO. -�/ ��— <br /> t��i <br /> `����t <br /> `��J AN ORDINANCE RE2ANING PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, on the lst day of August, 1974, after notice as <br /> required by law and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Comrniss ion held <br /> a public heaxing upon the petition of VERNON W. R�WELL to rezone pre- <br /> mises described as follows: <br /> Lot 13, Block 1 of H. M. Osgood First Additionl� as <br /> per plat recorded in Book 745, page 48 of the Kecords <br /> in the Recorder's Off ice of Macon County, Illinois; 'i <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to R-6 MULT IPLE DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WI-�REAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recom�nended that <br /> the prayer of said petition be denied. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and dis- <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, an d they are <br /> he reby, rezoned from R-3 SINQ.E FAMILY RESIDENCE DI5'TRICT to R-6 MUL- <br /> TI PLE DWELLING DI STRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts heYeinabove mentioned are <br /> those districts set forth and defingd in Ordinance No. 3512 of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> and all the p�'ovisions, regulations, restrictions and require�nts <br /> therein �set forth shall apply to the prEmises above described herein. <br /> Section 4.
