� � ' a f � / � t • ".� '� J �` ` ✓ / / / `.<.��; ORDINANCE NO. . ,, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL USE PERNQT - R-2 RESTDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - SPRING HILL 4Vf-�REAS, on April 24, 1967, by Ordinance No. 4816, an R-2 Single Family Residence Development Plan was approved by the Council upon the petition of LAURENS W. COOK AND OTHERS, which said Residence Development Plan was on December 23, 1968, by Ordinance No. 5084, amended and modified; and, WHEREAS, on February 7, 1974, after notice as required by la w and ordinance, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a pub- lic hearing upon the petition of LAURENS IRVING COOK AND OTHERS to further amend and modify said Residence Development Plan; and, WI-�REAS, said Commission did find and recommend that the prayer of said petition be granted and that said Residence Develop- ment plan be further amended and modified as in said petition re- quested. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COifJNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report, findings and recommendations of the Decatur City Plan Commission regarding the proposed amen dment and modification o P the aforesaid Residence Develapment Plan be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the requested and recommended amendment and modification of said Residence Development Plan for the premises sh own on the plat thereof hereto attached, marked Exhibit A and here- by made a part hereof be, and the same is hereby, ap�proved upon the condition that the development of said premises be subject to and be accomplished so as to accord with the conditions and limitations noted and set out on said Exhibit A.
