RT. 105, <br /> STATE SECTI ON 12R; C�TY SECTIO N 147 C.S. <br /> (EAST WILLIAM STREET ROAD) <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the discharge of sanitary sewage or indus- <br /> trial wastes in those storm water sew�ers which may be constructed <br /> as a part of the improvement of FAS 540, SSI 10, IL7... RT. 105, <br /> State Section 12R; City Section 147 C.S. (East William Street Road) <br /> from a point 940 feet west of the intersection of East William <br /> Street Road and East Eldorado Street to approximately the southeast <br /> corner of Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, prohibited. <br /> Section 2.
