The term of the Lease shall commence on the first day of the month <br /> following the date of installation of the last item of F_quipment listed on this Machine Schedule. Rent for <br /> each item of Equipment shall begin on the date of installation of such �quipment and shall be due and payable <br /> as follows: (i) rent for any partial month shall be due and payable on the first day of the month following <br /> the date of installation; (ii) rent for each itenn of Equipment shall be due inonthly in advance on or before <br /> the first day of each month for the terui thereof.
