. . . . . , � � , - i1 - • .; . and also Special Counsel for the City of Decatur, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to file a petition in the Circuit Court of Macon County, Illinois, in the name of the City of Decatur, Illinois, praying that steps may be taken to ascertain the compensation to be made for private property to be taken or damaged for such improvement and for the purposes specified in this Ordinance, and to ascertain what property will be benefited by such improvement and the amount of such benefits to be levied for such improvement in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance and in the manner prescribed by law, SECTION 17. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that for the purpose of anticipating the collection of the second and succeeding installments of said Special Assessment for said improvement, the said City of Decatur, Illinois, shall issue vouchers and/or bonds, payable out of said installments, bearing interest at the rate of 6°Jo per annum, payable when collected, and signed by the Mayor and City Clerk of said City, under the C�rporate Seal of the said City of Decatur, Illinois; said vouchers and/or bonds to be issued in accardance � with and shall in all respects conform to the provisions of Article 9 of the AcE above referred to. SECTION 18. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the cost of said improvement, including costs for planning, construction, supervision, court costs, attorneyst fees and the cost of spreading the assessment, be assessed upon the property benefited as provided by law, and that the estimate of the cost of said improvement, certified over the signature of the President of the Board of Local Improvements, as presented to and approved by the Board of Local Improvements, is attached hereto. 5��TI�I�T ln.
